Do you offer Rush shipping?

What do you charge for shipping?
If your ship-to address is within the Continental US, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, or Guam, the shipping is $14.95 for our standard packages. Canadian orders are charged $24.95 for all orders under $129. For orders outside the Continental US, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Canada, please add $30 to your order subtotal. Please ask your agent or review your shipping costs at check out for specific shipping charges to your order.
Do I need a credit card to place an order for my product?
Using a credit card is the fastest way to place your order and receive your package as soon as possible. A credit card is also the only method of payment you can use on our websites. However, we also accept PayPal on certain product specific sites. We also accept Tele-checks over the phone. Tele-checks process in 8-10 business days and ship once your payment has been processed. Please call 1-888-593-7574 to place your order using this method. You may also mail us a check. Your payment must be in US funds and specific instructions follow.
How can I place an order?
Our goal is to make your shopping easy, convenient and safe. There are several ways you can purchase products with us.
By web – Online ordering is available 24 hours a day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you. With our easy- to-follow checkout process, you can enter your credit card information directly into this site’s secure server which will encrypt your information.
By phone – Call our Order Center toll-free at 1-888-593-7574 to speak with a friendly, knowledgeable representative who can answer your product questions and place your order. This number is for orders only so please refer to the customer service information below for any other questions.
By mail – If you prefer, you may send in a check or money order. If you have internet access, simply add the products that you want into your shopping cart. Before checking out, click on View Cart Details under the Shopping Cart on the right hand side navigation bar. Print out the page that appears titled “Your Shopping Cart” with the Cart Subtotal. Make sure to double check your order to ensure all of your quantities are correct. Add the appropriate shipping charge (see Shipping Details below), then include the print-out with your check or money order. If you don’t have a printer or internet access, simply write your order on paper with all of the necessary information.

Do you ever offer discounts on my favorite products?
Here at Dr. Newton’s, our goal is to help our customers live healthier and spend less. How can I find out the status of my order?
We have provided you with the ability to track your package. Just enter your last name and tracking number if it is available. Then, click on the tracking number to be directed to the appropriate site to view your package progress! For more specific information on your order, please call Customer Service.
Is my product guaranteed?
Thousands of people continue to benefit from the use of our products. Keep your expectations realistic recognizing that in some cases it takes continued use to experience optimum benefits. For any of our supplements and ingestibles, follow the directions for proper use of the product. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item, for any reason, for a full product refund (less shipping and handling). This refund will reflect the full product price, not including any shipping costs.
How do I ensure I get my money back if I am not satisfied?
Please follow the instructions on your invoice and call our customer service department at 1-888-295-6818 BEFORE returning an item so you can be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Returns may not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
What if I forget to return my product within my guarantee period?
Returns after the manufacturer’s 30-Day Guarantee are subject to the following: A return of unopened product received beyond the manufacturer’s guarantee (not to exceed two months) will receive a Merchandise Credit. The Merchandise Credit can be used towards any quality health supplement, video, DVD, Audio Tapes or book from our latest Dr. Newton’s Naturals catalog.
